Replace spark plugs and inspect, replace all fuel filters/ water separators. Replace zincs and anodes on engine and boat. Check steering and boat systems. Run engine to operating temperature and check for any overheat situation, ensure engine idle is correct. Ensure water pump is working correctly and thermostat functions. Grease any and all pivot points, trim/tilt functions, and check engine shifting.

Run engine to operating temperature and check for any overheat of the engine. Ensure water pump is working correctly and water is circulating. Check that thermostats are opening. Grease any pivot points, check shifting, and check trim/ tilt function. 

Detail packages include the basic detail of cleaning any seasonal dirt and debris from the floors and gunnels. Packages extend to a full service detail of cleaning out all compartments, compound and waxing the exterior and interior, and making your boat look like new.

We will also provide battery charging and install, removal and disposal of shrink wrap, bottom painting, maintenance to the water systems.

Winterize the engine by running a carburetor and fuel injector safe winterizing mix through the engine block to coat and protect the internal parts of the engine. Because the engine will not be running for an extended period of time, it is crucial to keep these internal parts lubricated and prevent rust buildup 

in the pistons, rings, etc. 

Run the engine in fresh water to operating temperature to flush the salt water thoroughly from internal polling passages of the engine. Winterize the engine by running a fuel injector safe winterizing mix through the engine block to coat and protect the internal parts of the engine. Because the engine will not be running for an extended period of time it is crucial to keep these internal parts lubricated and prevent rust buildup in piston, rings, etc. Change the oil and filter with high grade, marine brand, engine specific oil.

Run the engine in fresh water to operating temperature to thoroughly flush the salt water out of all internal cooling passages of the engine. Winterize the engine by running a carburetor and fuel injector safe winterizing mix through the engine block to coat the internal parts of the engine. These internal parts must remain lubricated throughout the winter, to prevent rust buildup internally. We will change the oil and filter with a high grade marine brand, drain the engine block of fresh water, and replace it with non toxic antifreeze. This treatment leaves behind a layer of corrosion protection and protects from any additional water freezing.

For portable small engines, we have indoor winter storage available. Free pick up and drop off available within 10 miles of our location.  We also have limited space for indoor, heated boat storage. For outdoor boat storage we provide a secured facility.  Call for pricing. 

Shrink Wrapping is the best way to protect your boat during the winter months of New England. We have shrink wrapping available for storage customers, drop off boats, as well as mobile service.

Local transports are available throughout New England. Whether your boat is on it's on trailer there is a need to use one of our hydraulic trailers, we can be scheduled to get your boat from one destination to another.
